We love cats and dogs, and have over 15 years experience caring for our own. During this time we have tamed numerous feral cats through a local charity, and have also fostered and cared for over 20 dogs of all sizes for 2 rescue organisations. Each had their very own personalities from shy retiring types through to exuberant big bouncy types, we loved and cared for them all as one of our own. Since moving to our own home our garden has been adapted for our dogs, lots of shade and a dog pond for those hot summer months.
Social or not so social, each one has their quirks, which we will adapt to. Ana the primary walker/carer is incredibly passionate and struggles to walk past any dog without saying hello, dogs love her equally back and she is more than happy to be bowled over and roll around with the dog!
She also has a love of the outside world come rain or shine, muddy paths or paddling in the sea, fresh air and new sights, life is an adventure for your furry friend and her!
Ana is also incredibly cautious whether it be cliffs or livestock your furry friend will be kept clear of danger and in safe hands.
She treats every dog like her own, caring, interacting, acutely aware of changes in physical or mental state. Our own 3 dogs have provided her with endless experience, 3 legged Peggy, Woody the ‘run for 2 hours’ lab cross, and Muttley the 45Kg giant, she really can accommodate every dog!
Ana found it frustrating sitting behind a desk whilst her partner worked shifts and was always out with our dogs and fosters, so with this in mind and redundancy where she worked she made the decision to do something that she was passionate about.
Pawsrus will provide dog walking, dog boarding, home visits for your beloved fur babies during the Bank Holiday, weekends and long term holidays.
Pawsrus transport vehicle is fully equipped for the cold and hot summer days, and ventilated to provide safe transport inline with the Jersey dog law (1961) welfare code of practice.
Paws are fully insured and police checked, providing yourselves with peace of mind that your furry family members are in safe hands.
